About Allison Green

The most important thing you can know about me is that I’ve been buying and selling homes personally for 25 years – and I love the process. The challenge of knowing the market and using my skills in it led to my career in real estate. And, after having learned the ins and outs of Hawaii real estate as a professional, I’ve focused on two simple goals. For buyers, I want to find them a property they look forward to coming home to every day. For sellers, I want to get top dollar for their property – maybe even more than they thought possible.

I only work with a handful of clients at a time. I’m not interested in churning through a blur of impersonal sales – that wouldn’t be fun to me at all. Quality of life is why people want to live here, and that applies to me as well. A big part of my quality of life involves having personal and fulfilling relationships with my clients.

Professionally, I’ve worked intensely to be as qualified as possible to help you. That includes multiple designations, including:

  • Certified Realtor® as a member of the National Association of Realtors
  • Licensed real estate sales professional in Hawaii since 2001
  • GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), after a three-year program of courses
  • Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration

I’ve found that I have the right personality and skills for the real estate profession. I’m a detail-oriented businessperson, and I truly love working with people toward their goals. Plus, I understand the importance of a home purchase in your life. I like to sum it up for people this way: I’m market-savvy and I’m business-savvy, but I’m life-savvy, too.

I’m originally from California, and I’m married to a retired Marine Corps officer. We are the parents of 10-year-old triplets! One of our children attends a private school, and the other two attend a public school. I know both systems and can help you find the best situation for your family’s needs.

My approach to real estate focuses on two things: providing the best service possible, and staying ahead of the game. Service is what makes the difference in choosing a real estate agent, so I do everything I possibly can to ensure a smooth transaction for you. And because the real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, I’m always working to find new ways to help you. I constantly research the market and property values to help both buyers and sellers get the best prices, and I use innovative marketing and advertising techniques to help a seller’s property stand out. About Richard (Dick) Thomas

As a real estate professional, an airline pilot and a former military officer, I understand the challenges that come with moving to a new neighborhood, state or country. My family has lived throughout the mainland U.S. as well as the Middle East. When I’m helping you buy or sell a home, my first job is to completely understand your goals and requirements for both the transaction and the transition. About Kathy Norton

Buying a home is a sensory experience, not just a financial one. As the owner of Design Management, an interior design company, I’ve learned how the feel of a space impacts people’s reaction to it. For people selling a property, I work with Lanikai Properties to present it in the most appealing way possible. Together with your agent, I’ll assess your property’s strong points and then help stage it for photos, videos and showings so that it really makes an impression with prospective buyers.
